About the Role

Roverz Motors is seeking a proactive and performance-driven Service Manager to oversee customer-facing workshop operations, lead the service team, and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction, efficiency, and service revenue achievement.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive service revenue targets, including job card volume and revenue per job card.
• Monitor the service in-warding process followed by the Front Office Executive, Service Consultants, and Security Team.
• Ensure all customers receive timely service consultation and clear communication.
• Ensure vehicle delivery as per committed timelines and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure promised delivery timelines are met.
• Track and review after-sales KPIs with each Service Consultant.
• Review customer satisfaction scores and ensure a superior service experience.
• Conduct daily morning huddles with Service Consultants, CRM, Works Manager, and SMEs.
• Report performance metrics and achievements to Royal Enfield as required.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints using strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution.
• Work closely with the CRM Manager to monitor and improving scores.
• Align service marketing plans with business requirements in coordination with the CRM team.
• Track and analyze service KPIs and ensure continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Educational Qualification: MBA / B.Tech / or extensive technical experience
• Industry: Automobile (2-Wheeler preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in service operations and team leadership

Profile Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing and leading service teams
• Strong customer experience management skills
• Adherence to processes, policies, and brand standards

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹396,000.00 per year
