Position Overview:

Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end service operations including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and breakdown support
• Oversee

  spare parts management

  , including planning, inventory control, and timely availability
• Lead, mentor, and manage service engineers and technicians across locations
• Ensure high levels of

  customer satisfaction

  through effective client relationship management
• Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams for smooth service execution
• Handle

  export service documentation

  , including service reports, spares invoices, warranty claims, and coordination with international clients
• Develop and implement service processes, SOPs, and performance metrics
• Monitor service costs and contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency
• Prepare service reports and present updates to senior management

• Proven experience in

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Tech / MBA from a recognized institute
• Minimum

  10 years of relevant experience

  in service or after-sales management
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial machinery sector preferred
