SERVICE MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Service Mananger for our Honda Bigwing Motorcycle dealership in Tirur.

Roles & Responsibilities include:

• Managing the service department, ensuring efficient operations, and optimizing resources.Streamlining service processes, coordinating technicians, and allocating work efficiently.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving customer concerns.Addressing customer inquiries, handling complaints, and working towards a positive resolution.
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of motorcycle parts and accessories.Regularly assessing stock levels, placing orders, and managing inventory control.
• Conducting performance evaluations of service team members and providing mentoring and coaching.
• Monitoring and reporting on service performance
• Ensuring that negotiated service levels are maintained.
• Coordinating efforts, incidents, or resolving technical problems

Qualifications are skills required:

• In-depth knowledge of motorcycle mechanics and troubleshooting techniques to effectively diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.
• Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional support and address customer concerns and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a busy service department, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
• Leadership qualities to oversee a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high level of productivity and service quality.
• Btech or Diploma in Mechanical or automobile
• Atleats 3 years of Experience as a Service manager or similar role in automotive sector

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
