SERVICE MANAGER

You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day service operations in the workshop to ensure a smooth workflow. This includes allocating jobs to technicians based on their skills and capacity, monitoring repair quality, turnaround time, and adherence to service processes. Additionally, you will be required to maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and tool management, while providing prompt and courteous service to all customers. In case of escalated customer complaints, you will handle them efficiently and resolve issues effectively.
