Service Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the service team to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement service strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Oversee troubleshooting processes to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support to team members to achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address customer needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present reports on service performance metrics to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Experience:

  7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in service management or a related field.

• Skills:

  Strong team management skills, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and a solid foundation in customer service management.

• Education:

  A bachelors degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.

• Location:

  This position is based in Thane, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai City, or Palghar.

• Work Schedule:

  Day shift, full-time employment.

• Work Mode:

  On-site, ensuring direct interaction with the team and customers.

Compensation
