Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the service team to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. Develop and implement service strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Oversee troubleshooting processes to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support to team members to achieve their goals. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address customer needs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Prepare and present reports on service performance metrics to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Experience: 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in service management or a related field. Skills: Strong team management skills, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and a solid foundation in customer service management. Education: A bachelors degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred. Location: This position is based in Thane, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai City, or Palghar. Work Schedule: Day shift, full-time employment. Work Mode: On-site, ensuring direct interaction with the team and customers. Compensation The selected candidate will receive an annual salary of 7,00,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
