We are looking for an experienced Service Manager for our AM BigWing Dealership in Tirur. Roles & Responsibilities As a Service Manager, Motorcycle in the United States with 3-6 years of experience, your main responsibilities include: Managing the service department, ensuring efficient operations, and optimizing resources.Streamlining service processes, coordinating technicians, and allocating work efficiently. Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving customer concerns.Addressing customer inquiries, handling complaints, and working towards a positive resolution. Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of motorcycle parts and accessories.Regularly assessing stock levels, placing orders, and managing inventory control. Conducting performance evaluations of service team members and providing mentoring and coaching. Qualifications & Work Experience In-depth knowledge of motorcycle mechanics and troubleshooting techniques to effectively diagnose and resolve mechanical issues. Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional support and address customer concerns and inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a busy service department, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs. Leadership qualities to oversee a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high level of productivity and service quality.
