Role Description

We are seeking a Service Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial weighing solutions and systems. Other responsibilities include providing technical support to clients, conducting field service visits, and ensuring the repair and functionality of our equipment. The role demands an ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, while upholding the high standards of customer satisfaction for which WEIGHTRACK INDIA is known.

• Weighbridge Installation & Commissioning

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Trouble shooting and identifying technical issues.
• Experience with Field Service and Maintenance & Repair of industrial or automation equipment.
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support and offering solutions in a prompt manner.
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in industrial automation or weighing solutions is a plus.
