Job Description: Chillers Service Engineer Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chillers Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial and industrial chillers and HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities - Perform routine and emergency maintenance on various chiller systems (Voltas and blue star screw +5 and Brine chillers). - Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical, mechanical, and control system components. - Install, commission, and start-up new chiller equipment at client sites. - Calibrate and test system controls, sensors, and safety devices. - Provide clear and detailed service reports, including findings, actions taken, and recommendations. - Collaborate with customers to explain technical issues and provide guidance on system operation and maintenance. - Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts usage, and time spent on jobs. - Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations. - Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and manufacturer training. Qualifications & Skills - Technical sound, skilled equivalent experience accepted. Qualification Diploma, ITI or equivalent - Proven experience ( 5+ years ) servicing commercial/industrial chillers and large HVAC systems. - Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical circuits, and control systems. - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. - Proficiency with diagnostic tools, meters, and software. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in various environmental conditions. Preferred: - Candidate Madhya Pradesh Resident Working Conditions - On site role to client sites (local and occasional regional travel). - On-call rotation for emergency service requests. - Exposure to mechanical equipment, electrical components.
