About the Role:

Service Engineer – Radiology & Dental Equipment

installation, maintenance, and servicing

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Commissioning:

• Install and configure Radiology (X-Ray, OPG, CBCT) and Dental equipment as per company and OEM standards.

Maintenance & Repair:

• Conduct preventive maintenance and attend breakdown calls to ensure smooth equipment operation.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults efficiently.

Calibration & Testing:

• Perform regular calibration and performance verification to maintain accuracy and compliance.

Customer Support:

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients through prompt service and clear communication.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare service reports, installation checklists, and warranty documentation.
• Update service database and coordinate with Head Office for spare parts and warranty claims.

Coordination:

• Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely installation and customer satisfaction.
• Support AMC/CMC renewals through quality service and client retention efforts.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in

  Electronics, Electrical, Biomedical, or Instrumentation Engineering

  .
• 3+ years of experience in servicing

  Radiology or Dental equipment

  .
• Freshers with strong technical aptitude may also apply.
