As a Service Engineer - Projects at Eaton in Pune, India, your role will involve ensuring the timely and high-quality completion of all UPS execution projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing detailed project scope, objectives, and timelines, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards - Coordinating with Safety officer to ensure 100% EHS compliance at the site - Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies for project success - Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status - Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution - Building professional relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution - Coordinating with the factory and logistics team to ensure smooth material delivery and placement - Using appropriate techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs - Ensuring resource availability and allocation - Ensuring on-time documentation and submission to HOD - Being flexible to work extended hours at the site and be available to customers as needed Qualifications: - Education: Technical Diploma or BE/BTech - Experience: BE in Electrical/Electronics with 4-5 years of experience or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics with 7-8 years of experience in Data Center, COLO, turnkey, IT services project execution Skills: - Solid technical background with hands-on experience in end-to-end project management - Knowledge and hands-on experience in CAD/Drawings submission - Knowledge of UPS, Electrical SLD analysis, and end-to-end Data Centre projects execution - Proven working experience as a project engineer in the same industry - Strong documentation skills - Proficiency in project management software and tools; PMP certification will be a value addition - Excellent listening, customer service, negotiation, and team handling skills - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and handle crisis management - Professionalism under pressure - Strong work ethic, growth mindset, and ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems - Strong data management skills in MS Office, AI tools, etc. As a Service Engineer - Projects at Eaton in Pune, India, your role will involve ensuring the timely and high-quality completion of all UPS execution projects.
