Service Engineer

As a Service Engineer, your role will involve the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and machinery at client sites to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include: - Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining company equipment/machinery at client locations. - Providing technical support and training to clients on equipment operation and maintenance. - Conducting routine maintenance and inspections as per the service schedule. - Diagnosing technical issues and suggesting appropriate corrective actions. - Ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints and queries. - Preparing and maintaining service reports and documentation. - Coordinating with internal teams (Sales, QA, R&D) for continuous product improvement. - Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition. - Adhering to company policies, safety standards, and compliance regulations. Qualifications required for this role include: - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field. - 1-3 years of experience in service/maintenance roles (freshers may be considered for junior roles). - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours. - Knowledge of specific tools/equipment/software if applicable. It is preferred if you have: - Experience in industry-specific experience, e.g., HVAC, medical devices, automation. - A valid driver's license.
