Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Service Engineer to join our team. The role, based in Mumbai, is on-site and involves providing exceptional technical support, maintenance, and repair services for water and wastewater treatment systems. Responsibilities include diagnosing system issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring optimal operation of equipment. The Service Engineer will also engage in field service visits to support clients by providing troubleshooting and on-site technical assistance. Additionally, they will collaborate with the internal team to improve system efficiencies and aid in client training to optimize system performance.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues in water and wastewater systems.
• Field Service experience with the ability to visit client sites to provide on-site solutions and support.
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support and Maintenance & Repair activities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Excellent Communication skills to explain technical concepts to clients effectively and collaborate with team members.
• Familiarity with Effluent Treatment Plants, Reverse Osmosis, ZLD systems, and related equipment is highly preferred.
• A degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) is required.
• Ability to work independently and manage varying field conditions confidently.
• Willingness to travel for on-site visits, as needed.
