Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara, Gujrat for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for equipment troubleshooting, regular maintenance, and repair tasks. Other duties include providing technical support and field service, ensuring all equipment is operating efficiently, and conducting security audits. The role requires frequent communication with clients to address and resolve any technical issues promptly.

• Field Service and Maintenance & Repair skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site at client locations
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in the security technology industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
