Service Engineer

As a Service Engineer at Madhu's Garage Equipments, you will be responsible for providing field services including repair, maintenance, and installation of automotive workshop equipment such as wheel aligners, balancers, changers, 2-post lifts, and other garage equipment. You will work closely with customers to ensure their equipment operates efficiently, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance. Your responsibilities will include performing on-site repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various garage equipment. This involves conducting diagnostic tests to identify malfunctions, ensuring timely completion of service calls, and installing new equipment with commissioning procedures to guarantee proper functionality. Additionally, you will provide training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance, offer technical assistance through remote troubleshooting tools, and give guidance on troubleshooting techniques and preventive maintenance procedures. In this role, it is crucial to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Collaboration with the sales and customer service teams is essential to effectively meet customer needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of service activities, including service reports, work orders, and parts usage, and submitting timely reports on completed tasks, parts used, and customer feedback. Adherence to company and industry standards for quality, safety, and compliance is paramount.
