Job Summary: Looking for a skilled and experienced Site Manager Projects (Electrical) to lead and manage the execution of utility and commercial-scale solar,substation, or BESS projects across various locations. The ideal candidate should have a strong electrical engineering background, hands-on site management experience, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end site execution of electrical projects including solar PV systems, substations, and battery energy storage systems (BESS). Review and interpret technical drawings, electrical layouts, and project specifications. Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment. Ensure site readiness, resource planning, and materials availability in coordination with planning and procurement teams. Monitor site progress, ensure adherence to project timelines, and resolve on-ground issues proactively. Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and industry regulations. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients for seamless project execution. Conduct daily site reporting, maintain documentation, and update project milestones regularly. Perform quality checks, inspections, and support during client audits or handovers. Manage and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and technicians on best practices and standards. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech preferred). 8–10 years of relevant experience in project execution in solar, electrical infrastructure, or BESS projects. Strong knowledge of electrical installation, commissioning procedures, and system testing. Hands-on experience managing large-scale project sites and contractor teams. Proficient in reading single line diagrams (SLD), layouts, and electrical BOQs. Familiarity with electrical safety codes, IS/IEC standards, and local regulatory norms. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Willingness to travel or stay at remote project sites as per project requirements
