Job Summary:

We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-oriented Service Engineer to handle system commissioning, site services, and customer training. The role involves technical support for pump systems, performing field diagnostics, and ensuring reliable performance through preventive and corrective maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site guidance during installation of pump systems.
• Carry out final commissioning activities and prepare detailed commissioning reports.
• Conduct routine and emergency site service visits, including:
• Identifying required pump spares
• Checking and ensuring proper suction
• Diagnosing and clearing blockages
• Performing minor pump repairs and identifying abnormalities
• Performing minor electrical work related to pump operation
• Updating system software using a laptop
• Deliver operation and maintenance training to clients for handling basic issues independently.
• Execute Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) service visits as per schedule.
• Support in system assembly at the workshop or site, as needed.
• Maintain accurate service and visit reports, including issues identified and actions taken.

Qualification & Skills Required:

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, OR B.Sc in Science (Physics/Electronics/Mechanical preferred)
• Freshers can also apply.
• Familiarity with centrifugal, submersible, and solar pump systems
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and control panels
• Comfortable working with diagnostic tools and laptops for software updates
• Strong communication skills for client training and documentation
• Willingness to travel extensively for on-site service
