Service Engineer

The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing field services related to smart door lock products. This includes installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs at customer locations. Extensive travel to customer sites is required, and a petrol allowance will be provided for the same. Key Responsibilities: Installation and Setup: - Install and configure smart door lock products at customer locations. - Test and ensure proper functionality post-installation. Troubleshooting and Repair: - Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. - Provide on-site support and repairs when required. Customer Support: - Educate customers on product usage and maintenance. - Address customer queries and concerns professionally. Maintenance and Inspections: - Conduct regular preventive maintenance and inspections for optimal product performance. - Document service visits and keep accurate maintenance records. Reporting and Feedback: - Prepare service reports post-visit and share insights with the team for product improvement. - Provide customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous development. Qualifications and Skills: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field. - Experience in servicing smart lock products or similar devices is preferred. - Strong technical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and customer service abilities. - Willingness to travel extensively.
