Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Service Engineer to join our team in the Chandigarh office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems, biometric devices, and other electronic security equipment at client sites across North India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure CCTV, biometric systems, and electronic security equipment at client sites.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of installed systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure minimum downtime.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with project managers and vendors for smooth execution.
• Manage tools, spares, and consumables effectively.
• Train and guide end-users on system usage and basic troubleshooting.
• Stay updated on the latest security technologies and attend technical trainings.

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related field with strong technical knowledge.
• 3+ years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV, biometric, or electronic security systems.
• Good understanding of CCTV installation, biometric machines, networking, and basic IT hardware/software integration.

• Work individually or as part of a team, and provide guidance to service team members when required

• A two-wheeler and a laptop are desirable.
