Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT (SAP B1) Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day support for SAP Business One (SAP B1) across multiple business functions, ensuring smooth operations and assisting end-users. Candidates with prior experience in SAP B1 handling within manufacturing or industrial environments will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional and technical support for SAP B1 modules (Finance, Sales, Inventory, Production, Procurement).
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with external vendors/partners for system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Manage master data updates, configuration changes, and system backups.
• Assist in report generation using SQL queries, SAP B1 query tools, or Crystal Reports.
• Train end-users and prepare user manuals/documentation.
• Ensure data integrity and support during financial/monthly closures.
• Monitor user roles and access rights as per IT policy.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in IT, Commerce, or related field .
• 2-4 years of experience in SAP Business One support.
• Good understanding of SAP B1 in Finance, Inventory, and Sales modules.
• Knowledge of SQL queries and SAP reporting tools (Crystal Reports preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle operations across multiple plant locations.
