Job Description

As an Electronics & Instrumentation Engineer with a Minimum Bachelor Degree or Diploma, and a minimum of 4-5 years experience in handling Analytical & Scientific equipments like AAS, ICP-OES, ED-XRF, your role will involve: - Providing customer support, repair, and testing of all instruments. - Performing field service calls and installations. - Taking responsibility for the installation, training, and obtaining the final acceptance from the customer. - Maintaining the installed instruments and demo equipment. - Offering customer phone and e-mail support. - Training customers on software and hardware of the instrument. - Promoting service replacement parts and service contracts. - Ensuring availability of installation tools. - Monitoring and preparing quotations for service issues when the system is out of warranty. - Preparing quotations for parts and service contracts. - Providing all necessary information to the service coordinator to update the customer database. The salary for this position ranges between 60K to 70K per month.,
