Job Summary:

Technical Support Executive Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound technical support calls for international customers.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions over the phone.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
Meet or exceed key performance indicators such as resolution time, call quality, and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with product knowledge and process changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English
18 years of experience in a technical voice process or IT helpdesk role.
Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Mac), software applications, and basic networking.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and provide quick, effective solutions.
Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
