Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SERVICE DESK professional with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have excellent Mandarin language skills, English proficiency, both spoken and written, and technical IT-specific knowledge.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Handle service requests and resolve tickets efficiently.
  • Provide voice support to customers and ensure their queries are addressed promptly.
  • Manage the KB database and maintain accurate records.
  • Resolve service requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality.
  • Utilize technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
Job Requirements
  • Full-time graduate in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Technical IT-specific knowledge and understanding of service desk operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Notice period: 0-30 days.
