Key Responsibilities

10 15 years of experience in Service Delivery, Application Support, or Delivery Management

Strong AMS background with hands-on major incident (P1/P2) handling

Proven experience working in Agile (Scrum / Kanban / Hybrid) environments

Solid understanding of production support, change management, and RCA processes

Ability to collaborate with Product Owners and influence AD teams without direct authority

Own AMS delivery including incident, service request, and problem management

Lead P1/P2 incident management and drive strong RCA and preventive actions

Ensure SLA, KPI, and service quality targets are consistently met

Oversee Agile delivery across AMS and AD teams.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Drive continuous improvement, automation, and delivery governance.

Preferred

Experience with managing JDE AMS assignments or other ERPs.

ITIL and/or Agile certifications
