Job Description

Oversee daily operations, delivery metrics, SLAs, and Quality & Productivity targets .
Manage escalations and serve as senior-level contact for clients +1 .
Conduct Governance meetings (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly PMRs, Steering Reviews) .

2. Financial & Resource Optimization

Achieve financial goals and profitability: manage budgets, cost reduction, and revenue growth +15 .
Optimize resource utilization bench strength, headcount planning, seat utilization +1 .

3. Team Leadership & Development

Lead and develop cross-functional teams including offshore/onshore staff, specialists, and support roles +13 .
Define training needs, coach, mentor, conduct performance reviews and help with hiring .

4. Client & Stakeholder Management

Build strong client relationships, deliver regular updates, reviews, and forecast plans .
Identify upsell opportunities and support business growth initiatives
