About Our Client

This opportunity is with a large organization in the FMCG industry, specifically within the cosmetics and toiletries segment. The company is known for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence in delivering high-quality products and services.As a Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee day-to-day application management, handle critical incidents, and ensure SLA compliance for IT services. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, monitoring KPIs, driving ITIL process adherence, and supporting applications such as SAP and workflow systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SDM should have:

A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Proven expertise in service delivery and technological operations, especially within the FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of IT systems and tools relevant to the cosmetics and toiletries segment.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and teams.

What's on Offer

10-15 years of IT experience with at least 6+ years in service delivery management
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Service Management
Hands-on experience with SAP modules (FICO, SD, MM, WM) and tools like ServiceNow and Power BI
Excellent communication, change management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a complex, global organization and manage offshore teams
