Service Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Manage a centralized database of Service Function
• Draft & share service operation report on daily basis
• Maintain and monitor tracker of daily service operations.
• Follow up internally for open sites.
• Monitor & maintain spares stocks across region
• Initiate PR and track till material receipt
• Monitor & track failed field parts receipt till the plant
• Coordination with CFT for simple works
• Addressing the mails received on the company Service ID and forward to concerned Service team member
• Making of service quotations (AMC. Spare Parts, etc) and forward to customers
• Track warranty period of RECDs commissioned and approach to customers offering AMC within defined timelines
• Track spare parts sales
• Support for monthly MIS reports

Make necessary arrangements for customer visits, customer trainings, etc

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the Service field / relevant role. Candidates with an educational background in mechanical /electrical domain
