Job Summary: The Sr. Engineer / Engineer Sales/BD is responsible for driving direct sales activities, generating leads, and building relationships with potential customers. The primary focus of this role is to enhance market penetration and maximize sales revenue by actively engaging with clients in the field. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree Engineering / Business, Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical / Electrical or any related field is preferred. Experience: 2-7 years of experience in field sales or a similar role. Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; strong lead sourcing track record, customer database management skills. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present and influence credibly and effectively. Self-motivated: Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications. Valid Driving License: Required for travel within the sales territory. The candidate should have a valid driving license and own at least a two-wheeler Preferred candidate should have good knowledge about Local language.

Role & responsibilities : Manage a centralized database of Service Function Draft & share service operation report on daily basis Maintain and monitor tracker of daily service operations. Follow up internally for open sites. Monitor & maintain spares stocks across region Initiate PR and track till material receipt Monitor & track failed field parts receipt till the plant Coordination with CFT for simple works Addressing the mails received on the company Service ID and forward to concerned Service team member Making of service quotations (AMC.
