Area of Responsibility : 1. Close working with sales team for proposed RECD installation site survey collecting the site and customer inputs.2. In depth understanding and evaluation of the site conditions/inputs to formulate the apt installation scheme keeping long term functionality and no service complaint for RECD after installation.3. Thoroughly explaining and convincing customer to implement installation provisions strictly as per PGI installation guidelines. 4. Create application layout and ensure customer implement the same during RECD installation in coordination with sales team.5. Incorporate changes in installation manual with respect to variety of site conditions/learnings and customer requirements.6. Train sales team time to time towards making them as extended team as installation capable resources.7. Review, recommend and execute improvements to application layouts, if necessary, within the application engineering team.8. Create technical documentation for reference and reporting9. Create the installation library and guidelines to be released as a standards practice.10. Develop and implement guide around RECD cooling/heat dissipation management and provisions during installation of RECD (All Variants) in underground installation or in close vicinity of other heat sources.11. Clearly and regularly communicate with management and provide support colleagues in Engineering department.12. Conduct seminar/webinars/training sessions to customer representatives/sales/internal teams to make aware of the installation challenges and solutions.13. Guide installer during plumbing preparation/installation of RECD at site or remotely.14. Preparing reports on site visits, track the open issues and update during CFT meeting on the resolution status.15. Thorough understanding of the RECD diagnostic functions and performance criterion in relation to the installation schemes
