Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of necessary parts, equipment, or resources for service visits. Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their service requests and any changes in the service schedule. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints related to service delivery. Ensure compliance with service agreements, contracts, and company policies.
