Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Service and Parts Head to lead our after-sales operations for both passenger and commercial electric vehicle (EV) segments. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in service, spare parts management, and customer support within the automobile sector, with proven exposure to the evolving EV landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the entire service and parts operations across passenger and commercial EV segments.

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, service quality, and operational efficiency.

Monitor service KPIs, including TAT, first-time fix rates, warranty claim management, and customer feedback.

Manage inventory planning, procurement, and distribution of spare parts to ensure availability and minimal downtime.

Coordinate with OEMs and internal departments for technical support, training, and issue resolution.

Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and safety regulations.

Develop robust systems for service team training, development, and performance monitoring.

Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to strengthen after-sales service offerings.

Drive initiatives for digitization and sustainability aligned with EV industry standards.

Manage and resolve high-level customer escalations and dealership support queries.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 10+ years of experience in automotive service and parts operations, with at least 3-5 years in the EV sector.

Proven expertise in both passenger and commercial vehicle divisions.

Strong leadership, analytical, and people management skills.

Knowledge of EV technologies, diagnostics, service protocols, and warranty handling.

Familiarity with DMS/ERP systems and digital service platforms.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
