🖥️ We’re Hiring: Server Engineer (Shift Basis)
Location: Guindy, Chennai

🔍 Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Server Engineer to join our IT infrastructure team. This is a shift-based role (Day & Night) to ensure 24/7 availability of critical systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for server maintenance, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting across various environment
🛠 Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux)
Configure and manage RAID setups and VPN connectivity
Monitor server performance, uptime, and alerts
Respond to incidents and resolve server-related issues during shifts
Perform server patching, backup & restore operations
Maintain user access control and Active Directory management
Document procedures, issues, and resolutions for future reference
Coordinate with IT support and networking teams for escalations
✅ Requirements:
2–5 years of hands-on experience in server administration
Strong knowledge of Windows Server / Linux, RAID configuration
Experience in VPN setup and network security basics
Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
Ability to work in 24x7 rotational shifts (including nights/weekends)
Good communication and incident-handling skills
Preferred: IT certifications like MCSA, RHCE, or similar
