The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs, and a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design. Key Responsibilities Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications Develop wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that enhance user experience Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams Ensure seamless implementation of designs by partnering with development teams Lead and mentor a high-performing UI/UX team Manage design projects from conception to execution in an agile environment Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs Education & Experience Bachelor's Computer Science, Information Technology Master's degree in Designing (UI/UX, Graphic, or Visual Communication) 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design Skills & Competencies Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles Experience in creating and managing design systems Excellent visual design and user experience since Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills What We Offer ?
