Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven SEO & Lead Generation Executive to manage our website’s search engine performance and generate high-quality business leads. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO strategies, digital marketing campaigns, and hands-on experience in lead generation through various online channels.

Key Responsibilities:Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
  • Manage link-building campaigns and improve domain authority.
  • Track, analyze, and report website analytics and performance metrics (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for better visibility and conversions.

Lead Generation:

  • Plan and execute online lead generation campaigns through SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Ads, and Meta Ads to capture qualified leads.
  • Create and manage landing pages and lead forms optimized for conversion.
  • Maintain and grow the lead database using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure lead quality and smooth handover.

Digital Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with content and design teams for digital campaigns.
  • Monitor and improve conversion rates across marketing channels.
  • Keep up to date with SEO trends, search engine updates, and lead generation best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in SEO and online lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • SEO: 1 year (Preferred)
