SEO Specialist

Job Title: Junior SEO & B2B Marketing Executive

Location: Indore (On-site)
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years (IT Industry Preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and growth-driven Junior SEO & B2B Marketing Executive to join our team. If you have a basic understanding of SEO, social media, and lead generation—especially within the IT industry—this is a great opportunity to enhance your skills and contribute to impactful digital campaigns.

In this role, you will assist in improving organic visibility, supporting B2B outreach, and running performance-based marketing initiatives under the guidance of our senior marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Support

• Assist in executing on-page & off-page SEO strategies
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis & basic link-building

Social Media & Outreach

• Support content promotion across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook & Instagram
• Assist in managing LinkedIn outreach for B2B lead generation

B2B Lead Generation

• Assist in running LinkedIn campaigns & email outreaches
• Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead funnels

Performance Tracking

• Monitor campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush
• Help prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations

Required Skills & Qualifications

6 months – 2 years of experience in SEO / Digital Marketing (Preferably in IT Industry)
Basic understanding of SEO tools: Google Search Console, SEMrush, AhrefsKnowledge of LinkedIn or B2B marketing strategiesStrong communication & analytical mindsetWillingness to learn, experiment, and grow

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

Basic familiarity with LinkedIn Ads or Email Marketing
Experience with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot (plus point)Understanding of lead generation funnels
