SEO Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to manage, implement, and optimize our search engine optimization strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, and the ability to drive organic growth through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis to identify opportunities.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog articles for on-page SEO.
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve issues (site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability, indexing).
• Implement and monitor backlink-building strategies to strengthen domain authority.
• Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience (2–5 years) as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
