Job Summary: We're looking for a passionate and data-driven SEO Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and increase online visibility. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, and link building. Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-volume, relevant keywords and opportunities for organic growth. Perform regular SEO audits of our website to identify technical issues (e.g., crawl errors, broken links, site speed), on-page optimization opportunities, and content gaps. Optimize website content, including meta descriptions, title tags, headers, and body copy, for search engine visibility and user engagement. Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all new and existing content. Implement and manage link-building campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Generate regular reports on SEO performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices. Work closely with marketing, development, and product teams to ensure SEO is aligned with overall business goals. Identify opportunities for local SEO optimization. Preferred Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proven work experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role (e.g., SEO Executive, SEO Analyst) for 2+ years . In-depth knowledge of search engine optimization techniques and core ranking factors. Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO. Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Shopify, etc. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
