SEO Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a result-oriented SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies to improve our online visibility, increase organic traffic, and generate qualified leads.

You will play a key role in analyzing performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring all SEO initiatives align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development & Execution

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to achieve high search rankings and maximize ROI.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and create actionable plans targeting high-value keywords.
• Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and user experience for better visibility.

2. Technical & On-Page SEO

• Perform technical SEO audits and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize meta tags, URLs, header structures, schema markup, and site speed.
• Collaborate with developers and content teams to implement best SEO practices.

3. Off-Page Optimization & Link Building

• Plan and execute high-quality link-building campaigns and digital PR initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with relevant industry websites for back-links.

4. Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Monitor keyword rankings, traffic trends, and conversion metrics.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to track and report performance.
• Analyze competitors’ SEO activities and recommend improvements.

5. Ads & Campaign Support

• Support paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with keyword insights and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaigns for lead generation and ROI.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance to refine strategies.

6. Lead Generation & Growth Focus

• Align SEO strategies with business development and lead generation goals.
• Identify content and keyword opportunities that drive qualified organic leads.
• Collaborate on campaigns to enhance lead conversion from organic channels.

7. Content Optimization & Collaboration

• Work with content writers to ensure SEO-friendly content across blogs, landing pages, and web copies.
• Suggest improvements for content strategy based on keyword trends and SEO analytics.
• Ensure brand consistency and SEO alignment in all marketing communications.

8. Research & Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO tools, and marketing trends.
• Experiment with new optimization techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
• Evaluate campaign and SEO performance and suggest data-driven improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven 2+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (Odoo preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable growth and lead generation.

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates from Gujarat are preferred.
• Prior experience in an IT company is desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
