We are looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about ERP systems, love solving business challenges, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand business goals and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
• Implement and configure Odoo modules across domains like Sales, CRM, Accounting, HR, Inventory, and more.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless customizations and integrations.
• Prepare documentation, conduct training sessions, and provide knowledge transfer to end-users.
• Analyze business workflows, troubleshoot challenges, and propose innovative solutions.
• Ensure successful project delivery with a focus on client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Odoo modules and ERP business workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields (or equivalent practical experience).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and client management abilities.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn continuously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
