Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze client/business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Customize and configure various Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.) based on business needs. Conduct functional testing, prepare documentation, and perform user acceptance testing (UAT). Train end-users and provide post-implementation support. Act as a bridge between the technical team and business users. Provide functional support and troubleshoot issues related to Odoo. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Odoo reporting tools. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and ensure ERP system effectiveness. Provide inputs for continuous improvement in Odoo workflows and user experience. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP Business Analyst. Strong understanding of Odoo modules and workflows. Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and ERP implementation lifecycle. Ability to analyze and improve business processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
