Job Description:

Job Position: SEO Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor search algorithms set by search engines to keep up with changes in the SEO landscape
Conduct keyword research and implement strategies to enhance keyword rankings.
Test, collect, and analyze data, identify SEO trends, and gain insights about target customers’ likes and dislikes to maximize ROI from an SEO campaign
Collaborate with the CRM team to integrate SEO strategies with customer relationship management efforts.
Improve website speed, user experience, and technical SEO.
Track, report and analyze web analytics data and the various search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns
Develop and integrate content marketing strategies
Use social media to distribute content and encourage external sites to link back to the site of the organization
Optimize website copy and landing pages for SEM
Drive targeted and loyal traffic to the website through effective community-building
Employ user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization methods to turn visitors into more active users
Continually check search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor the performance of websites and make recommendations for improvement
Undertake research, expansion, and refinement of keyword
Research and understand the SEO efforts of competitors
Develop and execute off-page SEO through link building

Qualifications:

Proven experience in SEO with a solid understanding of current SEO trends and best practices.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
