Job Summary

As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing our website and content to improve search engine rankings, drive qualified traffic, and enhance the overall user experience. You will collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing strategists to implement SEO best practices and monitor performance to ensure continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and identify content opportunities.
• Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, images, and internal linking structures.
• Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO-friendly content creation and publishing.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Stay up to date with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.
• Develop and manage backlink strategies and outreach campaigns.
• Generate SEO performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a B2B or software environment.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with schema markup and structured data.
• Knowledge of website performance optimization (Core Web Vitals).
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and basic JavaScript.
• Understanding of content marketing and conversion optimization.
