We are expanding our team in Mohali and looking for an experienced SEO Manager to lead and optimize our SEO efforts.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Manager who will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our SEO strategies. You will lead a team of SEO executives, drive organic growth, and ensure top search engine rankings for client websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
• Manage on-page and off-page optimization activities.
• Supervise link-building strategies, content optimization, and outreach campaigns.
• Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
• Manage and mentor a team of SEO executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven SEO experience (agency experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Google algorithms, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Experience with technical SEO, link building, and content optimization.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Salary

Up to ₹50,000 per month (based on skills & experience).
