SEO and Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic visibility.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap audits.
• Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and content for search performance.
• Manage link-building campaigns and outreach for quality backlinks.
• Monitor and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Collaborate with content, tech, and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.

Social Media Marketing:

• Develop and manage social media content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
• Plan and execute campaigns for brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Manage community engagement, respond to queries, and maintain a positive brand voice.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams for creatives, reels, and videos.
• Track social media metrics and optimize based on insights (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions).
• Stay updated with platform algorithms and emerging social trends.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Create weekly/monthly performance reports for SEO and social media.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve ROI and digital reach.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in SEO and social media marketing (agency or brand side).
• Proficient with tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hootsuite/Buffer, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
• Strong understanding of digital KPIs, growth metrics, and content strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
