Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled SEO Manager to lead our organic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in on-page SEO, technical SEO, GEO optimization, content strategy, and analytics. You will be responsible for improving keyword rankings, strengthening our search presence, and ensuring overall website health across search engines.

Key Responsibilities1. SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct deep keyword research and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Handle on-page optimisation including metadata, headings, internal linking, schema, content structure, and content hygiene.

2. Technical SEO

  • Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, site speed, mobile usability, sitemaps, robots.txt, etc.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure SEO-friendly implementations.

3. GEO Optimization & Local Search

  • Develop and manage GEO-based SEO strategies for multiple locations.
  • Optimize landing pages for location-specific keywords and search intent.
  • Improve overall visibility in specific regions through structured data, local content, and regional search analysis.
  • Work on Google Business Profile optimization, map pack visibility, location-based content planning, and competitor benchmarking.

4. Content Planning & Optimization

  • Partner with content teams to create high-quality, SEO-optimized content.
  • Update, refine, and expand existing content to improve rankings and engagement.
  • Create keyword clusters and content roadmaps.

5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and analyze KPI metrics including organic traffic, keyword rankings, sessions, conversions, and engagement.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • Present detailed monthly performance reports and insights to management.

6. Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor and analyze competitors’ SEO strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement across technical, on-page, and GEO-specific factors.
  • Stay updated on algorithm changes and SEO industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of hands-on SEO experience with strong expertise in on-page and technical SEO.
  • Deep understanding of GEO optimization and location-based SEO strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools: GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
  • Ability to perform end-to-end technical SEO audits and resolve issues.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience collaborating with content, design, and development teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
