SEO Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead our digital growth strategies. The ideal candidate demonstrates outstanding communication skills (verbal and written), excels in client coordination across all channels, manages a team, and translates analytics into actionable reporting. This role is client-facing and requires a blend of technical expertise and relationship management to ensure project success and client satisfaction.​

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies aligned with company and client objectives.​
• Manage and mentor the SEO team, allocate tasks, and monitor deliverable quality.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients—coordinate via email, phone, video conferencing, and in-person meetings as necessary.​
• Prepare detailed SEO performance reports and present data-driven insights to stakeholders and clients.​
• Collaborate with marketing, development, and content teams to optimize workflows and ensure campaign alignment.​
• Regularly analyze website and competitor performance, recommend improvements, and stay updated with SEO best practices.
• Communicate complex SEO concepts clearly and persuasively to both internal teams and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including at least 1–2 years in a team lead or client-facing role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and cross-channel communication (phone, email, video, in-person).​
• Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
• Advanced reporting capabilities, with attention to both analytics and actionable insights.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and project management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
