About the Role

SEO & Growth Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • SEO Strategy & Execution

    – Plan, implement, and optimize SEO strategies (technical, on-page, off-page) to boost visibility and drive qualified traffic.

  • Website Engagement Optimization

    – Monitor bounce rates, conversions, and time-on-site, and make improvements to enhance user experience.

  • Data Analysis & Mixpanel Insights

    – Use Mixpanel and analytics tools to understand user behavior and turn insights into growth actions.

  • Growth Marketing Initiatives

    – Run A/B tests, campaigns, and experiments to drive acquisition, retention, and conversions.

  • Client Account Management

    – Handle client accounts across industries, providing updates, reports, and tailored growth strategies.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration

    – Work with content, design, and product teams to align SEO and marketing with business goals.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or growth roles.
  • Strong command of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Search Console, etc.).
  • Proven track record of improving organic traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts across industries.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and client-facing skills.
  • A self-starter mindset that thrives in a fast-moving startup culture.
