Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven SEO Executive to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies, optimizing website content, and improving organic search rankings to drive traffic and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Keyword Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.
  • Analyze competitor keywords and strategies.

On-Page Optimization:

  • Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and internal linking structures.
  • Ensure website content aligns with targeted keywords and search intent.

Off-Page Optimization:

  • Build and manage backlinking strategies, including outreach to high-authority websites.
  • Monitor and analyze link-building efforts to maintain a healthy backlink profile.

Content Collaboration:

  • Work with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content, including blogs, landing pages, and website updates.
  • Provide guidance on content structure and keywords to maximize search performance.

Technical SEO:

  • Identify and resolve website technical issues affecting SEO, such as crawl errors, page speed, and mobile usability.
  • Collaborate with the development team for website optimizations.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor and report on website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.

Trend Analysis:

  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  • Implement innovative SEO strategies to maintain competitive advantages.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website management tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
