About the Role:

UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user needs and design goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
• Design intuitive, aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Translate user feedback and business requirements into engaging design solutions.
• Ensure design consistency and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Present and defend design decisions to peers and executive stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as

  Sketch

  Photoshop

  Illustrator

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design and UX problem-solving.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• [Optional] Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Familiarity with tools like Zeplin, InVision, Miro, or Axure.
