Experience Level : 3-4 years

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) to increase organic traffic and improve SERP rankings.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
• Manage on-page SEO elements — meta titles, descriptions, URL structure, internal linking, and schema markup.
• Plan and execute off-page SEO campaigns including link building, guest posting, and digital PR outreach.
• Perform technical SEO audits (using tools like Screaming Frog and Sitebulb) and coordinate with developers to resolve issues.
• Analyze competitors and identify new growth opportunities.
• Track, measure, and report SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital assets.
• Stay updated with the latest algorithm changes and SEO trends, proactively applying them to ongoing projects.
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO KPIs.
• Proficiency in major SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Local SEO, Google My Business, and Google Ads.
• Understanding of content marketing, copywriting, and basic web design principles.
• Familiarity with SEO automation tools, data visualization (e.g., Google Data Studio), and AI-assisted SEO tools
