Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization practices, tools, and trends. You will be responsible for driving organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and optimizing the online presence of our brand or clients across various platforms.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

On-Page SEO:

  • Perform keyword research and analysis to identify high-value keywords.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and headers to improve on-page SEO.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website performance.
  • Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and meet Core Web Vitals and other SEO guidelines.

Off-Page SEO:

  • Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
  • Monitor backlinks to ensure their quality and relevance.
  • Collaborate with content marketing teams to create shareable and link-worthy content.

Content Optimization:

  • Work with the content team to develop SEO-friendly blogs, articles, and website copy.
  • Analyze and optimize content to align with the latest SEO trends and guidelines.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics, keyword rankings, and traffic trends using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
  • Provide detailed performance reports and suggest strategies for improvement.

Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify SEO opportunities and areas for improvement.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated with search engine algorithms, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across web properties.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on SEO experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Moz.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics for SEO purposes.
  • Knowledge of WordPress and other CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with local SEO and schema markup.
